THE MOUNTAIN LIFE
Stio is an outdoor lifestyle brand born on the Tetons who knows what it means to live the mountain life, the whole mountain life. It’s this symbiotic connection with nature and community through epic and everyday moments that defines the brand’s motto “let the outside in”.
Towards the middle of 2021 Stio approached us with the unique challenge of creating their first ever TVC spot to promote their brand and the Fall/Winter 2021 collection leveraging existing brand content. With a trove of footage at our fingertips, we set out to craft a spot with a message of optimism, wonder, and community that embodied the brand’s ethos as well as the moment at which it would be living in.
Working with a composer we developed a bespoke track that supported the visuals and embodied the emotions we aimed to evoke while channeling the mountain life. The voice over, read by Stio’s Founder & CEO Stephen “Sully” Sullivan, is a call to live life to the fullest and make the most of each moment, both the epic and the everyday.
The final spot resulted in an authentic brand-awareness anthem living across a variety of platforms that introduced Stio and depicted what it means “to live the mountain life”.
